Things You Should Know
There is a maximum 4 hour session or 30 minute idle time. Reconnection
is available 10 minutes after a disconnect. There are no hidden
fees for these Plans. No refunds are available on these Plans
if you don't want to use it anymore. We offer a 7 Day Money
Back Guarantee only where we are unable to provide a usable
service at your location. You must give us an opportunity to
get your connection working by contacting our support department.
We will also refund where we are legally obliged to after this
7 day period. We will credit any unused value to another one
of our Plans should you wish to change. If you choose the 4
week Plan your credit card or bank account will be automatically
debited every 4 weeks. You can stop using this Plan at any time.
There are no disconnection fees. To discontinue the service
you must let us know at least 3 business days before your next
payment. All other Plans automatically expire at the end of
their term. We will send you a reminder email before the expiry
date so you can arrange payment for the next term. Click
